About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Manager to join our team and take charge of promoting our company and increasing its recognition both locally and internationally. As a leading incoming tour operator in Azerbaijan, we specialize in providing unique travel experiences for visitors from around the world. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies to grow our brand presence and attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote the company's travel services

Strengthen the company’s online presence through social media, SEO, and digital advertising

Collaborate with local and international travel agencies, media outlets, and influencers

Organize and participate in tourism fairs, press trips, and promotional events

Conduct market research and analyze customer trends and competitor activity

Manage content creation for website, brochures, and social platforms

Track and report on campaign performance and marketing ROI

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (experience in the tourism industry is a plus)

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and content creation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluent in English and Azerbaijani (Russian is an advantage)

Degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
